Build a town?

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could be able to claim a land on a planet and make a town of yours or a house where you can go sometimes to take a break from traveling. I know the game is in early stage developement but it would be great that you could build a small town while your other friends are gathering materials on other planets and it would make more stuff to do other then traveling planets sometimes.

I'm sending out the idea if not already been discuss somewhere else.
